Daily maintenance of moving head light

Note: too much dust, smoke and particles can erode the appearance of the equipment, and even cause overheating to damage the equipment.

Be sure to disconnect the power supply before disassembling the housing.

Wipe the equipment shell frequently, which can be determined according to the working environment.

Cleaning

When wiping optical elements, be careful to make them work in a clean place. The surface of optical elements is easy to scratch and break.

Do not wipe with solution, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the plastic and coating layer.

Check the air filter regularly, and clean up if it is blocked.

Clean the fan and vent regularly to ensure the cooling effect of the bulb.

Wipe optical elements

1.Disconnect the power supply, completely cool the components, and remove the lamp cover.

2.Blow off the dust particles on the surface of the parts with an air gun.

3.Use a colorless soft cloth or cotton swab stained with clear glass liquid or distilled water to wipe off the scale on the surface of the element. Do not scratch the surface. It needs to be wiped a few times.

4.Wet the industrial alcohol with colorless paper cotton or cotton swab to remove the smoke scale on the surface. Glass detergent can also be used, but the scale must be removed with distilled water. Wipe gently from the center to the edge with a clean soft cloth. Or blow it away with an air gun.

Wipe fans and vents

Remove the dirt on the surface with a soft brush, cotton swab, and air gun.

Clean or replace the air filter

1.Disconnect the power supply, loosen two screws on each side with a screwdriver, remove the protective cover, and remove the fan blade.

2.Clean the surface with a vacuum cleaner or air gun. They can also be replaced. If it is discolored by smoke stains and other pollution, it can be soaked in soapy water to dry.

3.Replace the fan blade or cover.

At the same time, the light source can be weakened according to the operation needs to achieve the visual function that other devices do not have.
