Precautions for shaking head lamp

Before disassembly and installation, fuse or other parts, or when the head shaking lamp is not used, the AC shall be cut off and overload and grounding protection shall be provided.

The head shaking lamp should not be exposed to rain or damp wetlands.

Protection against UV radiation and bulb explosion

The head shaking lamp must not be used when the lens and cover are missing or damaged.

When replacing the bulb, allow the shake head lamp to cool for at least 15 minutes before opening the outer cover or removing the bulb. Wear gloves and safety glasses to protect your hands and eyes.

Do not look directly at a lighted bulb.

Replace the bulb if it is damaged, used or before its service life is exceeded

fire prevention

The temperature control switch and fuse must not be short circuited. If the fuse is broken, it must be replaced with the same model.

The head shaking lamp should be at least 1 meter away from combustibles (such as fabric, wood, paper), and must be away from combustibles.

The head shaking lamp shall not be less than 1 meter away from the lighting surface.

There should be at least 0.1M space around the heat dissipation and ventilation duct of the head shaking lamp.

There must be no obstructions in front of the lens.

The surface of the shake head lamp will be very hot, and it should be cooled for at least 5 minutes before treatment.

Never modify the head shaking lamp or install non night sun accessories.

Do not turn on the headlights when the ambient temperature exceeds 40 ℃.

Fall prevention injury

You can't carry the head shaking lamp alone.

When hanging and installing, ensure that the lamp rack can bear 10 times the weight of all the shaking lamps.

Ensure that all covers and mounting parts are secure and use safety ropes.

When installing or removing the head shaking lamp, the working area should prevent outsiders from entering.

Installation of shaking head lamp

Hanging installation

1.ensure that the lamp hook is complete and can bear 10 times the weight of the shaking lamp. Ensure that the lamp holder can bear 10 times the weight of all the overhead lamps, lamp hooks, cables, auxiliary equipment, etc.

2.fix the lamp hook with M10 (grade 8.8 or higher) screws.

3.Each lamp hook has three mounting points on the base, and the mounting points are selected according to the hanging direction. Insert the fastener. Install the other lamp hook.

4.if the lamp holder can be lowered, the lamp can be hung directly on the double body aviation box. If you want to lift the lamp installation, it is forbidden to enter under the working area. Stand on a balanced work platform and install a head shaking lamp on the lamp holder, with the arrow pointing to the performance area. Lock the mounting bracket.

5.Use the safety rope, which can bear at least 10 times the weight of the head shaking lamp. The safety rope installation position is designed to be suitable for hook connection.

6.ensure that the horizontal and vertical locks are open. Ensure that there are no combustible objects or lighting surfaces within 1 meter of the head shaking lamp, and there are no inflammables nearby.
